I’m Cody Schatzle, owner/designer at Query Creative. I’ve been a designer for nearly a decade and have worked as everything from a lowly design grunt, to a creative director, to a small business owner, to a web design professor at a local University (SUNY New Paltz).
I started Query because I wanted to work directly with clients/businessowners to help them define their brand and create the best possible vision of their business (also I wanted to make my own hours). I think design can and should be a fun, creative process for both the designer and the client.
We can meet to discuss the look & feel you want to express, initial ideas for a logo/website, etc. We’ll come up with a strategy unique to your needs.
A logo is the branding centerpiece. It should be clean, simple, understandable, and should represent who your company is and what it’s all about.
We will make you a functional, beautiful, easy to use, creative, unique website that will incentivize users to utilize your business for their needs.
Function before form, always. Your website needs to load fast and be sustainable. The web is constantly changing, and we’ll change with it.
Whether you need to spread the word with a brochure, flyer, or poster; get stationary made; or put a sign on your storefront, we’re all over it.
Desktops are not the only way people experience the web. We can make sure your website scales to any resolution/device, all while retaining your look.
We can help you get a domain, set up a server, handle support, and have it done before dinner. You should be focused on running your business.
We can build you a custom, easy to use administrative solution for the back-end of your website. Add, edit, and delete any content at your heart’s desire.
Whether you need a big, robust, complete store solution, or a simple PayPal-driven store, we can help. Build the store that suits exactly what you need.
We will help you monitor who’s using your website, how frequently, from where, how they’re getting there, what they’re doing on the website, etc.
Photography, videography, training, naming, taglines, consultation, brainstorming, etc.; if it’s even vaguely relevant to creative, we handle it.
What They Say
I am pleased to call Cody a friend and someone I call on for advice. He is sharp all around -- just leave him alone and let him work. He's one of those people you should not try to micromanage or question too heavily. Let him be, and he'll give you beautiful work.— Michael Lund, Poughkeepsie Ice House • View Project ›, Steamboat District Market • View Project ›
